This is our fourth sustainability report following the launch of our updated Sustainability Strategy in 2014. The report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative’s G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines - Core requirements.

It focuses on the sustainability issues that are material to our business as identified by our materiality review.

Our report is subject to extensive internal checks and data relating to health and safety performance, community engagement, energy use, carbon emissions, resource use, supply chain management and corporate governance is subject to independent third party verification.
